Q. I am already exhibiting, when can I access my Exhibitor Manual?
A. An email from Veronica Ling was sent to all exhibitors contracted at the time on 16 March 2009 with your username and password explaining how you can access the Manual and online forms. If you cannot find this information please contact 02 9422 2955.
Q. What is the Exhibitor Manual?
A. The Exhibitor Manual is a vital tool and should be central to all your exhibition planning. The manual is designed to help you make the most of the opportunities available to you as an exhibitor. Many of the opportunities available are FREE OF CHARGE, you simply need to complete the relevant forms and return them before the deadline. The deadline dates are crucial. Please make the time ensuring that you meet all the deadlines - it will save you inconvenience and expense later!
Q. How can I access the Exhibitor Manual?
A. An email from Veronica Ling was sent to all exhibitors contracted at the time on 16 March 2009. This email will contain your Username and Password. Do not delete this email. Read it, save it and file it for future reference.

Q. I haven't received my Username and Password?
Check that an email with the subject "Exhibitor Manual for QREX 2009" has not been automatically filed in your junk, spam or deleted items folder. If you find it, please add veronica.ling@reedexhibitions.com.au to your known "Contacts" so any future emails will not slip by unnoticed.

Q. I can't find my Username and Password. What should I do?
Don't worry, your next step is to to have your Username and Password reset by 02 9422 2955. If you find the old email after your password has been reset, delete it, as it will no longer give you access.
Q. How do I complete the Online Forms in the Exhibitor Manual?
Simply click on ‘Complete the Online Forms’ - Step 2. Now you can view all the forms, click on the blue links to enter the online forms. When you have filled in, checked and double checked the information you provided you can now click 'Save and Submit'.
Q. I have already submitted an online form, can I change it?
You can change any information that you provide on your forms up until the deadline. Everytime you re-save your form ONLY THE NEW INFORMATION is captured. Anything saved prior is saved over.
Q. Where has the 'Save' button in the Online Forms gone?
The Save button goes missing for 2 reasons. The first is that you are trying to complete the form after the cut-off date. You will need to contact 02 9422 2955 to submit the information required in each overdue form. OR the second reson is that you are viewing the forms in the 'Printer Friendly'. Simply click the 'Back' button on your browser, then click on the 'Complete the Online Forms' hyperlink, located above view 'Printer Friendly'.

Q - When is QREX Trade Exhibition on?
21 July 2009 9am – 6pm
22 July 2009 9am – 6pm
23 July 2009 9am – 4pm
Please note that other events related to QREX will be running from 20- 24 July 2009. However the exhibition is on only 21 - 23 July.
Q - Where is QREX?
A. Rockhampton Showgrounds, Exhibition Rd, Rockhampton, QLD 4700.
Q - Are there exhibitor parking available?
A. Yes, there will be an area reserved for exhibitors during exhibition days. This will be allocated based on a first in first serve bases.
Q - Does the Showground have anywhere to leave personal belongings?
There will not be the facilities to leave personal belongings.
